Payment Arrangements
For payment processing, you will receive a payment link. 20% of the accommodation price is due at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check‒In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e‒mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check‒in is not possible.
Keys
The check‒in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 5 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
The parking places are located in front of the house. Please keep a tidy parking order.
Early Bird & Late Check‒Out
Unfortunately we can not offer you an Early Bird or Late Check‒Out service in this property.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The house as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check‒out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
Hygiene Products
Please note that this is a holiday house so there are no toiletries and hairdryers in the bathroom.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
